KRW's Guitar Collection

Introduction

I have decided to document the guitars I own/have owned on this page. I have been learning to play guitar for a few years now and have been in the process of trying out various guitars. I buy them when I find a great deal and then I sell them when they don't turn me into a great guitarist. Some folks are fickle!

I currently own six guitars, if you count the Harmony and the Silvertone. My main guitar is the Babicz Identity Acute that is a really nice guitar. It took me a while to warm up to it, but it is sounding better and I am getting the hang of the neck. My Washburn J12SN is a guitar that really looks nice and feels nice. I shouldn't let it bother me, but the laminated back and sides make it seem "cheap" to me. It shouldn't because you can't tell and it sounds great.

Electrically, I have gone through several guitars trying to find something that I really like. I have sold all of the electric guitars I purchased and then recently bought an Ibanez AG95 hollow body guitar. It is smaller than the AF models and is thus more comfortable. It is a beautiful guitar with a 3-piece neck, which is nice. I have always liked the Ibanez Artcore series and I think I may have found my keeper in this one.

Most of these guitars have been sold, but enjoy the pictures.

Are These Guitars For Sale?

If the guitar name marked with three plus signs (+++), then I still own it as of the last update. I am not too emotionally attached to any of my guitars at this point, so for the right price I would probably sell it. If you see something you really want, drop me an email and give me an offer, I promise to return your email at least as long as it doesn't look like spam (in which case I will delete it without even reading it).

Guitar Dimensions

I am always curious about the size of guitars, so I sort of collect dimensions. If that is too much for you, don't go to the size chart.

Fantasy Guitars

Like every guitarist with GAS, I have a whole list of guitars that it would be nice to own. I certainly don't deserve any of these guitars based on my abilities, but it doesn't hurt to wonder.
